Charm & Dazzle 14-Day Return Policy

At Charm & Dazzle, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Please note: All holiday merchandise, such as items from our Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Halloween collections, is final sale. If an item arrives defective, we’ll be happy to make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be charged at a flat rate for orders placed within the continental United States. This rate may be adjusted from time to time but will always be clearly noted on our website.
  • A prepaid return label will be provided, and the flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal (link on our website) or contact our customer service team to start your return.
  2. Print the prepaid return label and securely package your item.
  3. Drop your package off at the designated shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • The flat rate return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
